  • Alter Egos Band

    Alter Egos Band was birthed out of Greensboro, North Carolina, in September of 2015, with the intentions of highlighting and showcasing the diverse talents of female entertainers in the city; and breaking barriers to the perceptions of a female-dominated stage presence.

  • Dasan Ahanu and Eloquent Soul

    A self-described introvert with a very public profession, Dasan Ahanu is a poet, cultural organizer, performing artist, and scholar. He is a Southern writer and performing artist who uses storytelling to deepen our understanding and awareness of what’s happening around us. Dasan is a visiting lecturer at UNC-Chapel Hill, an alumnus of Harvard University’s Nasir Jones Fellowship, and the 2023 Piedmont Laureate for poetry.

  • Akilah Divine

    Akilah Divine is a multi-disciplinary artist; singer, spoken word artist, rapper, and actress who was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She has been featured in many publications, a few being: The Afro, Hot 97, Grid Magazine, Baltimore Times, and A&R Factory. Her hit single “TRIBE” was accepted as an Official Selection in 14 film festivals and won four Best Music Video awards.

  • Von Vargas

    Von Vargas is a multi-faceted Award winning Music Creator. He is a Hip Hop artist, multi-genre music producer, songwriter, DJ and fashion innovator. He’s passionate about creating hip-hop music that highlights solutions to America’s social ills. A champion of justice for uplifting and betterment, Von is proudly preparing to release his new album titled "Cocked Crowns", exploring stories of brokenness, tragedies, and triumph.

  • Maya Elizabeth

    Maya Elizabeth is a singer-songwriter, artist, mentor + a member of the Recording Academy. Since 6 yrs old, she’s used songwriting for self-expression, and in conjunction with therapy to heal her self-esteem, cope with anxiety + own her unique sound. In 2023, “It’s Ok To Be Falling,” a fan favorite, sparked her “From M.E. To You” mental-health concert series, landed her an interview/live performance on Living Local DMV, and was considered for Grammy ® nomination. As a performer, worship leader + mentor, Maya uses her platform to spread healing.truth.+love.

  • The Boy Blesst

    Artist, actor, entrepreneur, philanthropist, songwriter, and executive producer of over 15 albums over the last decade in hip-hop, is well known for his lyrical acumen, deep concepts, and charismatic flare on the mic. Blesst has worked with legendary producers and artists such as Mr. Fingerz (Ja Rule Busta Rhymes & Jay-Z), written for Warner Publishing’s Phantom Boys (Flo-Rida, Christina Aguilera), and created with The Lost Boyz own, Mr. Cheeks.

  • Lil Key

    Lil Key is a Baltimore native and a talented International Recording Artist who is recognized for having "the mind of a leader and the heart of a lion". He has impacted and changed the lives of many people with his music. Lil Key was one of the Top 5 Contestants on a successful and popular reality television series. “The Rap Game Season 2” Reality TV Show, produced by music moguls Jermaine Dupri and Queen Latifah in Atlanta, GA.

    A Performer like DJ SK is of a dying breed. For over a decade, the indefatigable performer has established some of the region’s most successful parties, championed a generation of local artists, and invested heavily in the musical culture in his community. Born Jodi Kimball, SK caught the DJ bug early on, thanks to an unlikely scratch tutorial on Sesame Street. Acquiring turntables soon after acquiring a driver’s license, SK was reared in hip-hop at its arguable precipice, lending a hand in shaping SK’s technically exceptional manner of mixing.

    Love’ is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, born in Salem Gardens and raised in Happy Hill Gardens. She is a creative social justice practitioner and educator with over 10 years of experience engaging community members in local, state, and national organizing activities addressing poverty-related issues. Love’ is skilled in program management and organizational leadership with higher education context, including directing and advising student groups and working with senior administrators. She currently uses her gifts, skills and talents to expand and grow her artist initiative as the Founder/CEO of Healing Heights: Where Healing Is Unlimited.

  • Jamye Wooten

    Jamye Wooten is Founder and CEO of CLLCTIVLY.

  • Attorney Rodney Beard

    Rodney E. Beard is a results ­driven attorney with a comprehensive background emphasizing transactions, business organization, civil litigation, and corporate strategy. He is an effective written and verbal communicator known for building strategic alliances. He achieves client objectives by assessing liability and damages exposure, drafting appropriate instruments, and resolving disputes efficiently.

  • Reverend Teddy Reeves, Ph.D.

    Reverend Teddy Reeves, Ph.D. is a multifaceted, award-winning producer, curator, educator, and storyteller. Currently, Teddy serves as the Curator of Religion at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) in Washington, D.C. Through this work at the NMAAHC, Teddy has created innovative projects that have highlighted the influence of digital technologies in capturing and preserving Black spiritual and religious life in the Americas.

    professional and creative entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in talent
    management and personal and organizational development. She provides leadership
    coaching, strategic planning, equity-centered capacity building, and training and
    development services for leaders, corporations, educational institutions, and non-profit
    organizations. Shayla is also the founder and Chief Creative Officer of Oh My Goodness
    Wellness Bar and the CEO of Sage Strategic Advisors. Her extensive training includes
    professional coaching, energy healing, herbalism, emotional intelligence, unconscious
    bias, mindfulness, yoga, entrepreneurial mindset, and intercultural development. She is
    a devoted partner and mother, a creative and lifelong learner who strives to make a

    D SMOKE, a multi-talented artist and actor hailing from Inglewood, is deeply rooted in a rich musical legacy. Despite his breakthrough moment on Netflix’s Hip-Hop competition show RHYTHM AND FLOW— where he emerged as the winner, courtesy of judges Cardi B, Chance the Rapper, and T.I.—his journey to stardom wasn’t an overnight ascent. More than a decade prior, he and his brother, Davion Farris, were honored with an American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) award for their co-writing contributions to Jaheim’s 2007 hit “Never,” which reached the 12th spot on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
